Refund policy

At Scentnova, we want you to love your fragrance. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Perfumes can be opened but must not be heavily used to be eligible for return.

The product must be in good condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support at contact.scentnova@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0332-9765003 with your order number and the reason for your return

Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send the return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
